Qualifications – Contract lawyer
61 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law;
61 2-3 years of experience working at a leading international or PRC law firm, with a proven track record in legal analysis, contract drafting and review;
61 Qualified to practice law in the PRC and/or another jurisdiction;
61 Proactive, thorough, and detail-oriented approach to legal work;
61 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal concepts to both legal and non-legal stakeholders;
61 Willing to learn, adapt and develop.
61 Location: Shanghai
JD – Contract Lawyer
Key responsibilities (80%):
61 Provide timely legal support on day-to-day client inquiries on legal matters ;
61 Draft and review contracts, ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable laws;
61 Conduct targeted legal research, and proactively monitor and report on the legislative and regulatory developments impacting the pharmaceutical industry, including emerging technologies and trends;
Additional legal support (15-20%):
61 Copy review of promotional and marketing materials;
61 Any other ad hoc work or project as assigned by senior legal counsel or department head.
