Job Roles and Responsibilities
1. Daily communication with suppliers, LSP and plants
2. Urgent shipment follow up till delivered, exceptional case handling with expected efficiency and quality， including iSTAR maintenance
3. Deviations management in daily business
4. Door to door track and trace for critical material by PN level
5. Solve issues during holiday/task force periods
6. Spot quotation process as per business need
7. LSP KPI data verification
