? Have trademark paralegal experience
? Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Mandarin is essential
? Organized: ability to manage a big portfolio
? Adaptive: learns new best practices quickly

? Connectivity: Assists Peers, attends team meeting and respects diverse opinions
Job Description
? help reviewing packaging, advertising copy, websites, social media platforms and other marketing materials
? Assist in trademark search and application and correspond with internal business clients on various trademark use issues
? Maintain and manage trademark files, records, dockets, and deadlines.
? Preliminarily summarize the Conflicts cases from external agent then report to counsel (Opposition, Invalidation, Cancellation, etc.)
? Run reports for business partners and attorneys to show trademark and/or domain name portfolio status.
? Gather documents and evidence in support of trademark filings/disputes/litigations. Assists on Dispute Resolution (Settlement, Consent Agreements, Litigation, etc.)
? Review and preliminarily comment on the authorization and IP clauses in agreement.
? Other relative requirements
